The owner desired to create a three season outdoor living space that could take advantage of the westerly views and breezes. While initially planned as a screened gazebo, windows and a heat pump/air condition system was added to extend the use of the space. A connection to the main house was made to encourage use of the room in all kinds of weather. The space was successfully integrated within the existing homes through carefully selected materials and designs.
