Donald Glendenning's building industry expertise dates back to 1974, as founder of the Glendenning Corporation. Under his direction, the company successfully developed and marketed fifteen communities comprising over seven hundred individual residences at prestigious locations in desirable Ocean County, New Jersey, achieving awards for:
